Meet Jill

Over the past 26 years, Jill Gully has helped thousands of students and families navigate the college admission process and its demands. She has spent equal parts of her career working in college admissions and high school college counseling.

Jill has reviewed over 40,000 undergraduate applications for admission in her respective roles at University of California (Los Angeles), University of Southern California, The George Washington University, Pitzer College, and Skidmore College. She has served on The University of Chicago’s Admission Advisory Board and has worked as a College Coach at University of Southern California’s one-month summer program for high-achieving low-income students.

Prior to starting her college consulting practice, Jill spent 12 years working as a Dean of College Counseling at Windward School in Los Angeles where she partnered with 400 students and families to navigate the college admission process from beginning to end.

 

Jill attended Mount Holyoke College and Willamette University where she earned her B.S. in psychology and women’s studies. She has taken several graduate-level courses through Middlebury College’s Bread Loaf School of English. Jill is based in Los Angeles, where she lives with her partner and two dogs.
